1.  Plan your workout

  • Create a workout with the hundreds of exercises available.
  • Copy a previous workout, or enter your sets with weight/distance goals (metric or imperial)
  • Imperial or metric measurements supported.
  • Glance back at previous completed workouts by swiping to the left.

2.  Complete your sets

  • Tap on the circles to complete each set.
  • Edit sets on the fly.
  • Use the full-screen rest timer between sets.
  • If you have an Apple Watch you can track your entire workout from your wrist, without touching your iPhone at all.

3.  Save your workout history

  • See your entire workout history at a glance from the home screen.
  • See your current weight and progress towards your goal.

4.  Analyze your workout data

  • Have access to all your workout data, analysed automatically in many useful ways.
  • Forge will continue to find new and interesting ways to interpret your workout history data.
 

Oh wow an in app purchase.  I love those.

Liar.  This in-app purchase, though is not necessary to enjoy the app.  This subscription unlocks syncing so that you can have your workouts available across multiple devices.   This cost money on a on-going basis for the developer, so to ensure that the feature is maintainable into the future I have to charge for it.

Choose your look

  • Loads of outfits to choose from.
  • Outfits are updated on the fly with more being added all the time - and no need to update the app.
  • Outfits do not require an in app purchase.

Complete your entire workout from your wrist

  • No need to sweat all over your phone.
  • Sweat on your Apple Watch instead.
  • You can't change your workout data from the Watch app but you can complete sets, meaning you can work your way through your entire workout without touching your phone.
  • A rest timer appears between every set, and it memorizes the time you last set it to.

Track your body weight

  • Set a minimum and maximum weight range to help you achieve the weight you want.
  • Scroll the graph left and right to see all you weight data (this goes for any graph - including exercises stat graphs).
  • When viewing any graph you'll see the minimum and maximum values automatically highlighted.

Time your rest

  • See your timer by swiping right from your current workout.
  • Presets so you can start a timer with one-tap.
